Brew at the Zoo and Wine Too

Join us for Brew at the Zoo and Wine Too on August 24, 2013. Produced by the Friends of the Louisville Zoo, Brew at the Zoo is full of non-stop fun and excitement. Brew masters from local and regional craft breweries will be on hand to showcase and sample some of their best brews. Samples of locally produced wines will also be available. Ticket price includes admission to the Zoo, live music, an official Brew at the Zoo tasting glass, and food samples from local restaurants. This annual event is attended by more than 3,000 people and raises funds to support the greatest capital needs of the Zoo.  Prelude to "It's A Grand Night For Singing!"

The Lexington Opera Society and UK Opera Theatre are household words among the arts patrons in the Bluegrass. The Lexington Opera Society (LOS) is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting opera in the Bluegrass and the University of Kentucky Opera Theatre. The organization consists of a Board of Directors and a general membership category known as the Bravo Guild.

The Lexington Opera Society produces an annual fund-raising event, Prelude to "It's A Grand Night For Singing." The event, which has grown over the past several years into one of Lexington's most important and fun arts and wine tasting events, is held in the University of Kentucky Singletary Center and attracts a wide variety of party-goers for whom opera is a passion or a novelty.
