CAVE de RASTEAU
Founded in 1925, the Cave de Rasteau is one of the oldest cooperative wineries in France’s Southern Rhône Valley. Côtes du Rhône, which translates to "Hills of the Rhône," holds a rich vineyard history of almost 2,000 years. It is one of the world’s largest wine appellations and home to select wine labels as Le Grand Jas.
Precept is an industry leader and the fastest-growing wine company in the Pacific Northwest. Winemaker Hal Landvoigt has spent 15 years cultivating a passion for wines while training under leading winemakers. Some of his most notable wine labels include Acre Twenty-One, Barrel Box, Covet, Isabelle, Moonbeam and James Wyatt.
Barton 1792 Distillery
Barton 1792 Distillery was established in 1879 and continues today as the oldest fully-operating Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, the “Bourbon Capital of the World.” The Distillery is located on 196 acres and includes 28 warehouses, 22 other buildings, the Morton Spring and the Tom Moore Spring. Distilling, aging and bottling fine Bourbon whiskey are hallmarks of the historic Barton 1792 Distillery.

GLEN MORAY DISTILLERY
The Glen Moray Distillery has been producing the finest quality malt whisky since it was first established in 1897. The distillery sits on the banks of the River Lossie in Elgin – a beautiful region in the north of Scotland synonymous with exceptional malt whisky. Their products include the Glen Moray Elgin Classic, Glen Moray Classic Port Cask Finish, Glen Moray 10yr Chardonnay Cask, Glen Moray 12yr, Glen Moray 16yr, and Glen Moray 25yr Portwood Finish.
The gents behind the Goodwood Brewery are three of Louisville’s longest-serving brewing veterans. This splinter group of beer makers has branched out to reboot successful regional style brews as their Hop-a-Lot IPA and Java Dawg Coffee Stout, both part of their Sheltowee brand. The natural gradations of reclaimed casks and other wood types render flavorful expressions that are unique to this brewery.
